Hotel started functioning in April 25,2016, the hotel has 45 rooms, 1 deluxe suite, 4 deluxe luxury rooms and 40 deluxe rooms (20 units of king size bed rooms and 20 units of twin bed rooms). Also has conference hall (for 70 persons), bar & restaurant (for 60 persons) and billiards table for our guest for enjoying his self. Unique views of the Black Sea Coast Maltakva line, Kholkheti National Forest Park, Lake Paliastom.
Poti is famous for Sea Port in Georgia.
Beach’s in Poti is 300 meters from hotel park green to Maltkava newly opened beach.
